Reporting a worksheet problem
Include the page URL, the tool name, the inputs needed to reproduce the issue, the result you expected, and the result you saw. A small fictional example is usually sufficient.
Do not send payment information, account passwords, government identification, full contractor documents, property access details, or other sensitive information. Remove private information from screenshots before sharing them.
Suggesting a content correction
Identify the statement or calculation, explain the issue, and include a relevant original source when available. A request to change a market-price statement should identify the specific product, price, location, and date being discussed.
We review corrections against the underlying claim or formula. Receiving a suggestion does not by itself establish that the published information is wrong or that a requested change will be made.
Privacy and accessibility questions
For privacy questions, state the request in general terms first. We may need enough information to locate the relevant correspondence or understand the issue, but do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification process has been explained.

The worksheets use your inputs. They do not establish local prices, code compliance, safety, permit requirements, or a contractor’s qualifications. For a property-specific decision, contact the appropriate supplier or qualified professional.
