These terms explain the intended use of RenoBench’s website, content, and planning worksheets. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the limitations on each tool page.

What the worksheets provide
RenoBench offers information and editable worksheets for organizing renovation costs, material quantities, alternatives, contractor proposals, and expense records. Results are based on the inputs and assumptions described by each worksheet.
Sample prices, quotes, hours, and rates are fictional demonstrations unless a specific factual claim is separately identified and sourced. A sample is not a current offer, a verified local price, or a prediction of your final project cost.
Your inputs and project decisions
You are responsible for checking measurements, prices, scope, inclusions, tax treatment, fees, reserve assumptions, and the completeness of your expense records. A correct calculation does not establish that all required work or costs have been included.
Confirm supplier information and written contractor terms for your actual project. The site does not verify contractor qualifications or workmanship, inspect properties, determine code compliance, or assess whether particular work is safe for you to perform.
RenoBench content does not create a contractor-client or other professional advisory relationship. Obtain property-specific guidance from the appropriate qualified professionals where needed.
Permitted use of content and worksheets
You may use the worksheets for your own project planning and keep or share exports of the project information you enter. Sharing your worksheet record does not grant ownership of RenoBench’s branding, page designs, or underlying code.
Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or misrepresent RenoBench content as a professional certification or an independently verified contractor quote.
Respect applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, materials, and resources remain subject to their own rights and terms. These terms do not restrict uses protected by applicable law.
Saving, export, and availability
The Save function uses local storage in the browser and device where you use the worksheet. Records do not automatically synchronize across devices or between tools. Browser settings, clearing site data, or software behavior may remove saved records.
Keep independent copies of important project records using export or printing. The worksheets are not a recordkeeping service for receipts, contracts, payments, or legally required documents.
Functions and content may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access, retention of browser-saved records, compatibility with every device, or that a particular project result will be achieved.
Third-party services and commercial material
External links are provided to support the relevant information or help you continue a task. RenoBench does not control the content, availability, or practices of external websites and does not become a party to your agreement with a supplier or contractor merely because a link appears here.
If advertising, sponsored placement, or compensated links are introduced, the relevant commercial relationship should be disclosed where it matters to readers. Such placement does not establish independent testing or verification.
Limitations and rights that still apply
The worksheets and general content are supplied for planning purposes, subject to the assumptions and limits stated on the relevant page. They are not a guarantee of price, suitability, completeness, legal compliance, safety, savings, or project outcome.
Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights, exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevent a remedy that applicable law requires.
These terms do not create a mandatory arbitration agreement or select an exclusive court venue or governing law. Applicable law and any rights that cannot be waived continue to apply.
Corrections, changes, and questions
We may update content, features, and these terms. The effective date identifies this version. Any notice or acceptance process required by applicable law will be handled separately; updating this page does not remove rights protected by law.
