Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled on renobench.com, including the planning worksheets, website requests, and messages you send us.

Information entered into the worksheets

The supplied RenoBench worksheets calculate from the amounts, measurements, hours, inclusion selections, project names, and expense records you enter. The current worksheet code does not upload contractor documents or connect to bank accounts.

Save controls use the browser’s local storage for the relevant worksheet. Stored records can remain after you close the page until you clear them, clear browser data, or the browser removes them. Saved records do not automatically sync between tools or devices.

The Clear control removes the saved record for that worksheet in the current browser. It does not remove exported copies, printed documents, or records in another browser or device. CSV export creates a file for you to manage; browser printing lets you create a paper or PDF copy.

These statements describe the worksheet functions themselves. They are not a claim that every request made by the hosting platform, plugins, or external services is local-only.

Messages and other information you send

If you contact us, we receive the information contained in your message and ordinary email or service metadata. We use relevant information to handle the inquiry, review a reported issue, maintain correspondence, and protect the site from misuse.

Do not include sensitive financial information, passwords, identity documents, or private contractor or property information unless a specific appropriate process has been explained. We may use an email or support provider to receive and manage correspondence.

The contact form uses WPForms Lite on our WordPress website. It asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. Notifications are addressed to contact@renobench.com. Our domain email uses ImprovMX forwarding to Gmail; these services process correspondence needed to deliver and manage messages. The form is not a subscription to marketing emails.

Technical information and service providers

When a browser requests a website or an external asset, the services processing that request can receive technical information such as the requesting IP address, requested URL, time, and browser information. Hosting, security, delivery, and plugin services may process this information to operate and protect the website.

Some fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Our hosting configuration also loads resources from Hostinger Reach. Those external requests can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details to the provider. They are separate from worksheet records saved in your browser.

Our website is hosted by Hostinger and uses WordPress, Elementor, and LiteSpeed Cache to deliver its pages. Contact messages are handled through WPForms Lite, the website mail service, ImprovMX, and Gmail. Providers may process security and delivery logs under their own settings and policies. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for provider-controlled logs.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our worksheets use local browser storage when you select Save. WordPress, security, caching, and contact-form features may also use cookies, storage, or anti-spam tokens needed for their operation. You can manage cookies and stored website data in your browser.

Google Analytics and Google AdSense were not active on the public pages checked when this policy was updated. We do not describe advertising or analytics consent controls as enabled when they are not. If these services are activated, we will update the applicable disclosures and provide consent or privacy choices where required before using technologies that require them.

Google advertising disclosure: The following explains how Google advertising works if it is enabled on RenoBench; it does not mean ads are currently running.

When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads based on those visits. You can review or opt out of personalized Google advertising through My Ad Center and review participating vendors at YourAdChoices. See how Google uses information from partner sites. Additional vendors and applicable consent controls will be identified if introduced.

Purposes, sharing, and international processing

We use information to deliver and secure the website, respond to messages, investigate reported problems, and maintain correspondence. Information you send through the contact form is used to handle that inquiry, not to create a contractor lead or enroll you in a mailing list.

Service providers may process information to perform their functions. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law or to address a legitimate security or legal issue. Services may operate outside your country.

Hostinger, ImprovMX, Google, and the services involved in website delivery and email may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing and safeguards depend on the relevant service. We do not sell contact messages or provide them to contractors as leads. This statement does not replace any separate disclosure or choice required if advertising-related sharing is introduced.

Your choices and requests

You can clear a worksheet using its Clear control, manage browser storage in your browser settings, and manage exported files yourself. Browser controls may limit cookies or storage, but may also affect some site functions.

Where the site provides consent or privacy controls, use those controls to review or change the corresponding choices. Browser settings alone are not a promise that every third-party activity will stop.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other choices concerning personal information. Contact the privacy address above to explain your request. We will assess the applicable requirements and any necessary verification. Do not send identity documents with an initial request.

Send privacy requests to contact@renobench.com, with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe the request and the email address associated with the relevant message. Do not include identity documents in the initial request. We may ask for proportionate verification and will respond according to applicable requirements. You can also ask us not to retain correspondence that is no longer needed, subject to legal and security obligations.

Retention and security

Worksheet records remain in your browser until you clear them or the browser removes them. Contact correspondence may remain in the email accounts used to manage it for follow-up, issue resolution, security, or legal needs. Request deletion at contact@renobench.com. Provider logs and backups follow their configured retention practices; deleting a browser record does not delete an email or an exported file.

No website, email service, or browser storage system can be described as perfectly secure. Use your own judgment when entering project names or sending messages, and keep independent copies of records you need.

Children, external sites, and policy changes

RenoBench’s planning content is intended for a general adult audience and is not designed as a service directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information through a contact channel, contact the privacy address above so the situation can be reviewed.

Links to other websites lead to services with their own practices. This policy does not control those services.

We may revise this policy to reflect verified changes to site functions, providers, or legal requirements. The published effective date and any additional notice required by applicable law should reflect the relevant change. Changes are not a substitute for obtaining consent where consent is required.
